Cowboys' Rookie DeMarco Murray Has Record Day

The Dallas Cowboys came into Sundays game with a 2-3 record, going against the winless St. Louis Rams. The Cowboys' Felix Jones was unable to play in Sunday's contest, due to a high ankle sprain.

The Cowboys started Tashard Choice, with a seven yard run. Rookie DeMarco Murray takes a hand off from Tony Romo and went ninty-one yards for a touchdown. The Cowboys' rookie DeMarco Murray's run was the start of a record setting day. His ninty-one yard run from the line of scrimmage, was the second longest run in Cowboy history. Murray ran for two-hundred fifty-three yards, which is the ninth best in the national football league.

Cowboys' DeMarco Murray has the most rushing yards in a single game as a Cowboy. DeMarco Murray zoomed past Tony Dorsett's two-hundred six yards as a rookie in his 22nd carry. If that was not good enough, he past Emmitt Smith's single game record of two-hundred thirty-seven yards in franchise history, on his 23rd carry.

"DeMarco Murray's record day carries Cowboys to easy victory 34-7."

The Cowboys dominated Sundays game against the Rams, with DeMarco Murray finding holes in the opponents defense. Tony Romo only threw for one-hundred sixty-six yards and two touchdowns. The Cowboys' young offensive line dominated the line of scrimmage.

Are the Cowboys' young offensive line, starting to gel together?

Cowboy sources, think the Cowboys' offensive line is starting to come together. If that holds true, the Cowboys running attack could be a force the rest of the season. It has been said, that Felix Jones will be out for Sunday nights game in Philadelphia.

What kind of performance will DeMarco Murray have against the Eagles defense?

How will the Cowboys young offensive line control the line of scrimmage, against the Eagles defensive line?

The questions will be answered next Sunday night at 7:20 pm.

"If, the young Cowboys' offensive line is starting to gel, then their running game could be dangerous.

With the performance of DeMarco Murray on Sunday, with his combination of speed and power makes him a part of history books. DeMarco Murray is worthy to be the starting running back for the Cowboys.

"DeMarco Murray was the Cowboys third round draft pick, in April."

Will Felix Jones, still be the Cowboys starting running back?

If Felix Jones is still the Cowboys starter, you know that DeMarco Murray will be a significant part of the Cowboys offense.
